What we collect online
When you book online, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service, artist and time you chose, and anything you write in the booking notes, such as your tattoo idea, placement and reference links.
In the studio
Before a tattoo or piercing, we check your photo ID and ask you to sign a consent form that includes health questions. Texas law requires us to keep these records. We store them securely and only our staff and health inspectors can see them.
Photos of your work
We may photograph your tattoo or piercing for our portfolio and social media, never your face without asking. If you’d rather we didn’t share it, tell us and we won’t.
How we use your information
We use it to confirm and remind you about appointments, to prepare your design, to keep the records the law requires and to answer your questions. We only send newsletters if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. It is stored on our website and with the service providers who help us run the studio, such as our web host, email delivery and card payments, only as far as needed to provide our services. We share consent records with health inspectors when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your booking session. If we add analytics or embedded content from other sites, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep consent forms and client records for as long as Texas law requires, booking and payment records for seven years for tax purposes, and portfolio photos until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, or to remove images of you from our portfolio. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
