Age and ID
We tattoo and pierce adults 18 and over only. Everyone in the chair must show a valid, government-issued photo ID at every appointment. We can’t accept photos of IDs or expired documents, and we don’t make exceptions with parental consent.
Booking
Consultations, flash, touch-ups and piercings can be booked online, by phone or in the studio. Online bookings are confirmed by email straight away, and we send a reminder the day before. Custom sessions are booked at your consultation.
Deposits
Custom tattoo sessions are held with a non-refundable deposit of $100 to $200, paid in the studio at your consultation. Your deposit covers drawing time and comes off the final price of your last session. Flash, touch-ups and piercings need no deposit.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us. Your deposit moves to the new date once. Cancellations within 48 hours, a second reschedule or a no-show forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to book again.
Running late
Please arrive ten minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and the deposit may be forfeited.
Prices and payment
Prices on our website are a guide; your artist confirms the price at your consultation, and that’s what you pay. We accept cards and cash. Payment is due at the end of each session. Tips are appreciated, never expected.
Your health
Please tell us about allergies, medication, blood disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions or anything else that could affect your session. We don’t tattoo or pierce during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Designs
Custom designs are drawn for you and remain the artist’s work; we don’t send design files before your session. We don’t copy another artist’s custom work, and we can decline designs we consider hateful or that we can’t do well.
Touch-ups
Touch-ups on work done here are free within six months of the session, once the tattoo has fully healed and if you followed the aftercare instructions. After that, or for damage from sun, picking or swimming, touch-ups are charged at the shop minimum.
Piercing jewelry
For hygiene reasons, jewelry can’t be returned or exchanged once it has been opened or worn. We only insert implant-grade jewelry we supply or can verify.
Guests and children
One guest per client, please. For safety and hygiene, children and pets can’t come into the work area.
Photos of your tattoo
We may photograph your fresh tattoo or piercing for our portfolio and social media. Just tell us if you’d rather we didn’t, and we won’t.
